Terms and Conditions – Pay When You Get Hired

1. Program Overview

This program is designed to provide free training to students and job seekers, with payment due only after successful job placement meeting predefined salary criteria.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Must have completed or be pursuing graduation in any discipline (preferably IT/Engineering).
• Should be willing to actively participate and complete the training.

3. Payment Terms

• No upfront payment is required.
• Payment becomes due only when the participant secures a job with a minimum CTC of ₹3 LPA or more.
• The total course fee and repayment terms (installments, duration) will be clearly defined in the agreement signed before starting the training.

4. Placement Support

• We provide resume assistance, interview preparation, and job referrals.
• Placement is not guaranteed, but we commit to offering full support for up to 12 months after course completion.

5. Participant Obligations

• Must attend live sessions, complete assignments, and actively engage in projects.
• Must report any interviews or offers received independently or through our network.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and placement assistance.

6. Agreement & Commitment

All participants will be required to sign a transparent agreement outlining payment conditions, refund clauses (if any), and placement terms before beginning the course.

7. Default & Penalty

Failure to honor the post-placement payment commitment without valid reason may result in legal or financial action as per the signed agreement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment for misconduct, non-participation, or breach of terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or website announcements.
